Why SHOUT?

SHOUT is a web design and marketing firm, but we are very different from your typical web design firm. What makes us different is our complete approach to building websites. We not only design the website we also create the photos, videos, and written content for it.

Today, a website is almost a commodity: anyone can create one. But, to make a website that really works on all of the different levels it needs to…that is still a difficult and complex task, one that is not easy to achieve.

Notice that the diagram has a demand side and a supply side. The top rectangle is the demand side. This is the side we are primarily concerned with. For a web design firm to build a truly effective website, they need to understand the relationship between the pieces on that diagram. At the very least they need to understand the big green piece at the top that says “Customers” – your potential customers.

At SHOUT we believe that in order to build a website that really works we have to first know WHO the potential users will be: your target market. It all begins there, understanding your potential and existing customers.

Today, it is not enough to design a nice looking website. Your website must provide potential customers with the content/information they are looking for quickly and efficiently. If your website contains applications your customers use they need to function intuitively and provide your customer with a great experience. Your website is a reflection of you and your business and today it is the most important piece of marketing material you can create. At SHOUT designing a nice website is just the beginning. Providing a great customer experience is the ultimately objective!
